Duration of Professional Development and Training
Professional development and training varies in duration according to the training and subject content. Scheduled training sessions will be of three or six hour duration. Customised training delivered at your Children’s Service will be conducted according to your specific requirements.

Registration/Bookings
To register into a scheduled training program please complete the registration form. This can be done online. Alternatively you can forward your interest and payment via post.

Payment
Training programs are limited to a maximum of twenty-five participants. As places fill quickly is it recommended that you forward payment with your registration form. Confirmation of payment, invoice and any additional training details will be forwarded upon receiving your registration and payment. Payment secures your booking. Attendance may be refused if no payment is received.

Cancellation and/or Non Attendance
Early Childhood Matters reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements of the training delivery where necessary. If a course is cancelled you will be advised as soon as possible.
If this occurs you will be given the choice of receiving a full refund, credit or transfer.

If you are unable to attend a course, you can nominate someone else to attend. If you need to cancel completely you must inform us within five working days prior to commencement of the training session for enrolment monies to be refunded.

Receipts
An invoice will be issued upon request to the person/organization requesting receipt. This will be done upon received payment.

Certificates
All individual participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion of the training program. Training complies with the MECA.

Special Requirements
Please inform us if you have any special requirements, (ie. Dietary, allergy, access or other). Full day training programs includes lunch.
